Two Workout Programs for Every Fitness Level
I have put together two 8 week programs to make sure that I cover every persons level and needs. One of the programs is bodyweight only so that you don't have to worry about any equipment. The other program requires Kettlebell, Sliders, and Power band. Basic equipment for home use. Both programs are effective for fat loss, it just gives you more variety and options.

Hi, I'm Zuzka Light.
Over the past 17 years, I've dedicated my career to helping people achieve their fitness goals and transform their health for the better. I've authored the book "15 Minutes To Fit" and created over 15 fitness DVDs, back in the days when DVDs were a thing! I've also had the opportunity to collaborate with big names in the industry such as Jillian Michaels and Lorna Jane. I'm the proud founder of ZGYM, an online fitness subscription program that has welcomed tens of thousands of members from around the globe.
After graduating as an Integrative Nutrition Coach, I published four very popular meal plans and have written numerous articles about nutrition. My journey in the fitness industry has fueled my passion for learning about all aspects of holistic health. I've taken various courses on hormones, gut health, the nervous system, the lymphatic system, mobility, postural therapy, and more. Additionally, I've qualified as an RTT Therapist / Hypnotherapist, working with clients from all walks of life who come to me with a variety of issues.
I'm deeply passionate about continuously improving the ways I serve people and my clients. My motivation has always been to create the most effective programs for a holistic approach to fitness.
